How to Make Crockpot Meatloaf
Prepare the Crockpot
Create a foil sling by placing two long pieces of aluminum foil in a crisscross pattern inside the crockpot. This makes it much easier to remove the meatloaf once it’s finished cooking.
Mix the Meatloaf Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, and Okie Rub. Stir in the breadcrumbs before gently mixing in the ground beef. Mix only until combined to avoid a dense meatloaf.
Shape the Meatloaf
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the center of the foil sling.
Make the Glaze

- In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and Okie Rub for the glaze. Spread half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, spread the remaining glaze over the meatloaf and continue cooking.
- Carefully lift the meatloaf out of the crockpot using the foil sling and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
