Ingredients
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients listed under "Thai Turkey Sliders" (except the buns) in a large mixing bowl and mix with your hands until well combined. Shape them into 6 small patties and set aside until you are ready to cook.
- Prep the ingredients under "Asian Crunch Slaw" in a medium bowl and toss together. Set aside.
- Make your sauce of choice by combining the ingredients listed under the sauce you desire in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.
Grill Method
- Grease your grill well and preheat to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Add the buns to the grill until just toasted.
Pan-Sear Method
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the patties on each side (about 4-5 minutes per side) or until cooked through.
- Toast the buns in the same skillet after cooking your patties.
- Assemble your burgers with toasted buns, turkey patties, Asian slaw, and drizzle with sauce of choice. Enjoy!
