  • 1 large baguette, sliced into 24-1" slices
  • 1-2 balls burrata
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Combine all ingredients listed under "For The Pesto" in a food processor or blender and process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Taste and season with more salt as needed.
  • Lightly brush the sliced baguette with olive oil and place in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake for 6 to 9 minutes or until they are crisp.
  • Spread burrata on each crostini followed by about 1 tbsp of pistachio pesto. Add more salt and pepper to taste if desired. Enjoy!
