Ingredients

For Margarita Mocktail
  • 2 oz fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1 oz orange juice (fresh is best!)
  • 3/4 oz agave syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 2 oz cold water or club soda (for dilution and balance)
  • Ice

Method

  1. Use the lime wedges to coat the glasses well around the rim. In a shallow plate, combine the Mexican spice (optional) and salt. Dip the glass into the mixture at an angle and spin the glass until coated to your liking.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add the lime juice, orange juice, agave syrup, water or club soda, and ice. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Fill your salt-rimmed glass with fresh ice, strain the mocktail over the top. Add a lime wheel or wedge for a clean finish.
