*To Use:
  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together 2 tablespoons of au jus mix with 1 cup cold water until smooth.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking constantly.
  3. Simmer for 3–5 minutes, until slightly thickened and glossy.
  4. Serve warm with roast beef, French dip sandwiches, or mashed potatoes.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container or spice jar for up to 6 months in a cool, dry pantry.
Tips:
  1. For a deeper flavor, you can substitute part of the water with beef drippings or use unsalted beef broth.
