Make Your Syrup
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, water, and gingerbread spice over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Remove from heat and let the simple syrup cool to room temperature. Transfer to an airtight glass container and store it in the refrigerator for up to a month.
Make The Cocktail
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, add all the ingredients listed under "Gingerbread Espresso Martini". Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Pour into your prepped martini glass, serve, and enjoy.
