Notes

  • Chill time matters: This bloody mary dip tastes best after at least 1 hour, and it is even better the next day.
  • Adjust heat to your crowd: Add more horseradish for bite, more hot sauce for heat, or an extra 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning for a spicier version.
  • Optional vodka: Stir in 1–2 tsp vodka for a cocktail-style twist.
  • Dirty variation: Stir in 1–2 tsp olive brine and 2 tbsp chopped olives for a dirty Bloody Mary-inspired dip.
  • About the seasoning: My Cajun Seasoning is crafted to deliver bold Louisiana flavor without the salt. It balances paprika with savory herbs and a little cayenne kick for a clean, vibrant Cajun profile. If you don’t have it, you can make a quick homemade Cajun seasoning by mixing equal parts paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper, with a pinch of cayenne for heat. Use 1 tsp of this mix in the recipe and adjust to taste at the end.
  • Storage: Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Stir before serving.
