  • 1 15 oz-can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 15 oz-can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 medium red onion, small dice
  • 1 red bell pepper, small dice
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tbsp The Spice Girl Kitchen Mexican Seasoning
  • salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and toss well to combine. Ideally, let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour to marinate and allow the flavors to develop more. Serve with chips and enjoy!
