Store & Reheat
Store
Fridge: Transfer the patties to a large glass storage container with an airtight lid. Allow it to cool to room temperature before securing the lid (about 30-45 minutes; the exact time depends on the amount of food). Store components separately. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Freezer: You can also freeze the patties for up to 3 months. Place the patties in the fridge to thaw overnight for best results. Freezing the slaw is not recommended.
Reheat
Microwave: Place patties on a microwave-safe dish, cover, and microwave on high for 1-3 minutes or until heated through.*
Stovetop: Place patties in a skillet over medium-high heat and let sit for 1-2 minutes per side or until heated through.*
Oven: Place patties on a sheet pan in a preheated oven (350 degrees F) until heated through. Check every 3-5 minutes to avoid overcooking.*
* Total time depends on the amount you are reheating.
