  • Press the pastry into the molds, making sure to create a slight edge.

  • Spoon the goat cheese mixture into each tart shell, spreading it evenly.
  • Drizzle honey over the top of each tart for a touch of sweetness.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg and brush the edges of the pastry with the egg wash.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  • Allow the tarts to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of French seasoning for extra flavor.
